A BIG WIN for the BIG CHEESE in America's Dairyland
NACHO and ADAM take the BIG WIN in Cheese Country...MBISS AM GCH/BIS CAN CH dal Primo's B'mew Just In QUESO goes BEST OF BREED at the 2012 ABA National Specialty, defeating over 200 Bullmastiffs!!! Nacho & Adam traveled there on a mission (while I stayed back East due to the demands of my MA/PhD program)… I told a friend if I knew this would be the outcome, I would've blown off school for the week! Thank you to this wonderful team who now gave me another win to scratch off my list of goals for this amazing dog who has proven that no matter what the circumstance, he sure can deliver! Adam... You are an amazing no-nonsense handler! Thank you for bringing out the best in this boy! Thank you to Al Batchelor for managing and maintaining such a tight breeding program! Rudy has truly been a tremendous asset to it, and I am forever grateful for you allowing him to be a part of mine. Thanks to Crystal Corner for allowing this sweet baby boy to come live with me; he IS my heart! And a big thank you to Connie Gard for being the best mother-in-law ever and recording the whole thing! Thank you to everyone for all of your kind words and complementary messages… This is Nacho's 3rd BISS win this year :)

Happy ONE year birthday to the Nacho X See-Ya litter
Yesterday Nacho's litter out of See-Ya, "CH On-It See Ya There" bred by Nancy Miracle, turned a year old! Pictured above is Nacho's son Buddy, "On-It Buddy Lee Dungaree" owned by Leah M. Wright-Rigueur, celebrating in style :)
Coco's claim to fame
Not only do Nacho kids have phenomenal, sweet and loving temperaments, are beautiful and successful...but they are famous too! At the beginning of the Summer Coco, "B'mew Coco Con Leche De TruGrit" was asked to do a back to school photo shoot for Bob's Stores. Not only did she appear in their back to school catalog but walking into the shoe department, look whose lovely profile is on their billboard :)

We would like to welcome Nacho's daughter Alys, "CAN CH Bullmax Fleur De Lys" to the US where she will be spending time with her family at B'mew. She finished her Canadian Championship with very limited showing and we have high hopes that she will finish her American CH just as quickly. Nacho- A True Ambassador For The Breed
A short movie of Nacho, "MBISS AM GOLD GCH/BIS CAN CH dal Primo's B'mew Just In Queso", with his 5 month old daughter Coco, "B'mew Coco Con Leche De TruGrit", and her family, demonstrating that not only is Nacho a tremendous example of our breed in the show ring...but also a wonderful ambassador with a temperament that can't be beat! Coco and her family came over for a visit on an extremely hot day. It is just precious to watch how patient and gentle he is with the children. No matter what the circumstance, Nacho has an extreme willingness to please, and a need to love and be loved!

I really love this photo of Nacho and Adam...I really love the way Adam PRESENTS Nacho...He is not just his "handler"...but he SHOWCASES him beautifully!
This photo above was the first time Nacho and Adam worked together in our front yard, and this was his very first time free baiting him...They were "Naturals" right off the bat! From the first time to the ring shot above, a few weeks later, Adam always displays Nacho as a true chiseled work of art!

Nacho and Adam started off their time together with a BANG by sweeping their first 4 day cluster in Cumberland, ME winning Breed each day and taking 3 Group placements...and then winning Breed a 5th time in Wrentham, MA and their 4th Group placement. If they were not winning Breeds they went Select and never came home empty handed...pretty good start for a new team, huh?

After a great run with Kevin Bednar at the end of Nacho's lead, we are very excited to announce that Nacho will be showing and training much closer to home...in his same state actually. We are pleased to announce the new partnership of Nacho and Adam Bernardin! We are anticipating a very successful second half of 2012 with many more great wins and fun times! Go get 'em boys!!!

Introducing Nacho's first Champion offspring...

March Madness!!!
Nacho had an unforgettable month of March! Him and his best friend Kevin were on a mission and blasted through it on fire!!! The month began with his exciting Best in Speciality title at the CT River Working Group Speciality under Judge Dr. Eliot More. At that same show his son Lucas, "TruGrit N B'mew Young Jedi", won his second 5 point major at a year old! He then nearly swept the Celtic Classic in York, PA taking Best of Breed 4/5 days including winning his second BISS title on Saint Patrick's Day under Judge Robert Eisele. The next day he went Best of Opposite Sex. Also in York his daughter Mia finished her Championship and his other daughter Pica (half sister to Mia) went Reserve to the major on the same day, at 6 months old. He then moved on to the Edison, NJ shows and won back to back Best of Breeds over the weekend including a very nice Group 1 on Saturday under Judge Jon Cole. Needless to say we are VERY pleased with how the month of March panned out!

Moving on to 2012!
Reflecting on 2011, what an awesome year Team Nacho has had. From when Kevin and Nacho began on a full time campaign November 2010 to their prestigious Best of Breed win last month at the AKC/Eukanuba National Championship, it's been filled with nothing but greatness. What a winning team the two of you have become...and with the support, dedication and love from all the other Team members, Heather Bremmer, Melissa Gonzalez, Tereza Mainetti, Jason Maleck, Tom Louth, Al Batchelor, etc. you have all contributed tremendously to this very successful young Team. A few notable accomplishments:
- Finished 2011 as the Bullmastiff with the most Best of Breed wins (76).
- 2011 Westminster Kennel Club "Award of Merit" winner.
- Finished Canadian Championship in one weekend.
- Best in Show Winner.
- Multiple Group Winner.
- ABA Top 20 Bullmastiff.
- 2011 Eukanuba Best of Breed Winner.
- Number 3 Bullmastiff of 2011.
- 2012 Westminster Invitee.
Stepping forward into 2012 we will hold our previous accomplishments near and dear to our hearts, while looking forward to the new goals we've set, relishing in new wins, and setting our sights on the absolute BEST year that we could ever imagine for this incredible 3 year old Bullmastiff! And a very special best of luck to all of Nacho's offspring who will be making their marks in the ring this year...Make Daddy proud!!!
